Candidates must have “hands on” SAP Business Transformation experience, including multiple full-lifecycle SAP implementations (typically more than 3 years of SAP experience) in either a Functional or Project / Program Management roles. The expectation is that these hires will perform hands on leadership roles on SAP Transformation Programs, including Program / Project Management, Business Process / Functional design, Solution Architecture / Design, SAP Roadmapping and Strategy, Testing and Cutover Management, and other hands on activities.
